To begin our journey into gothic fiction, the class has been exploring Edgar Allen Poe’s short story, The Tell-Tale Heart. They have explored two distinct elements of gothic fiction via this story: narration and setting.
The slides below formed the basis of our class discussions and students were given time to consider and then address these questions in both a written and verbal context.
